Dr. Craig Evans is the John Bisagno Distinguished Professor of Christian Origins at Houston Theological Seminary.  Dr. Evans is a New Testament scholar, prolific author, and popular teacher/speaker. He is also well-known for his contribution on work of the Gospels, the Historical Jesus, the Dead Sea Scrolls, and archaeology of the New Testament. He regularly appears in documentaries, TV, and radio interviews. He lectures extensively and participates in archaeological digs and leads Holy Land tours.

 

Itinerary:

Thursday, Oct. 13, 7 PM – Dr. Evans Presentation.

Friday, Oct. 14, 10 AM – tour of the Lanier Library & Chapel.

                   1:30 PM – tour of the Dunham Bible Museum & discussion.

                        7 PM – Dr. Evans Presentation.

Saturday, Oct. 15, 9 AM – Dr. Evans Presentation.

                              1 PM – Business meeting.
